Dr. Tulika is a Specialist Ophthalmologist in Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP), and Paediatric and Adult Cataract Surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai. She has more than 26 years of clinical and surgical experience across regional and international healthcare settings, including 10 years in the UAE. She has performed more than 500 paediatric procedures, including strabismus and cataract surgery, as well as over 28,000 adult Cataract surgeries.
She also has a special interest and expertise in screening, diagnosis, retinal laser treatment, and intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy for Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP); she has been a member of the Emirates Society of Ophthalmology Taskforce for ROP Management Guidelines and collaborated on the consensus statement on ROP management in the UAE.
