Orthoptists
An orthoptist is involved in the early detection and monitoring of eye disease, which is vital for protection against vision loss and sight problems. Our team of UK trained orthoptists has a wealth of experience in identifying common and rare eye problems, ensuring that they are caught and treated early enough to avoid more serious complications
Orthoptists are members of the eye-care team working mainly with patients who have amblyopia (lazy eye) and strabismus (squint). They also work with patients who have suffered: Brain Injury – Diabetes- Stroke- Low Vision – Glaucoma.
